We are happy to provide weekly, fortnightly, monthly or seasonal maintenance visits during which we can mow lawns, prune shrubs, weed borders, trim hedges, sweep paths and clear leaves as required, Throughout the year we can fertilise plants, treat lawns for moss and weed, inhibit moss accumulation on patios and paths and will supply and plant any additions to the garden as requested. Any weather damaged static structures such as fences, sheds or gates can also be repaired or treated with eco friendly preservatives.
We are pleased to advise, supply and erect various types of fencing, trellis gates and arches as required and can also repair sheds and shed roofs. We can also refurbish and re-coat fencing with eco friendly timber treatments in coloured or neutral stains, or adorn fence panels or trellis with climbing plants or espalier fruit trees.
Metal rose arches or arbors can also be refurbished with rust inhibiting paint after seasonal pruning.
We also remove your old fence panels or sheds as part of our service.
We have a wide experience of laying lawns from seed or turf and will advise on the suitability of grass type required for any particular siting. Lawns in poor condition can often be treated over time with moss or weed inhibitors and with the considered use of fertiliser can be returned to a good state. Occasionally areas overhung by large tree canopies prove unsuitable even for shade tolerant grasses and alternative decorative materials can be suggested.
We have designed and constructed many garden ponds and water features or various sizes and styles. Some just the steady flow from the ubiquitous lions head on a wall, or a cherubs urn spilling on to stone chippings. Others have been a series of ponds linked by flowing streams or rills, sometimes with waterfalls or fountains.
Ponds can be constructed using butyl liner, lined with concrete or rigid mouldings depending on site or size.
We can add rockeries carpeted with colourful alpines to add year long spectacle and the most colourful of koi carp or goldfish or simply let nature stock your pond with native wildlife.
